HOW TO USE IT: Remove the wand from the tube and brush it through upper and lower lashes, using the longer comb side for a fluttery finish or the shorter, spiky side for a chunky effect. (Wiggle the wand at the base of the hairs first for maximum fullness.) Want even more drama? Just add additional coats.
