If you are not sure about a color or fabric please order a swatch before placing your order. We are available to answer any questions you may have before placing your order. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item for Store Credit only. Please note some items are custom made to order and are final sale. Please refer to the item description or contact us with any questions regarding custom made items.
Items must be returned in their original
package and in unworn, unused condition.
Clothing must be unworn and in original condition with tags. Shipping
fees are non-refundable. Please do not return items directly to the
manufacturer. We would be happy to provide a gift receipt if requested. If an item is returned to us that is not in the original packaging, is used or worn or is a custom item we will return the item to you at your expense.
Sale items are final sale.

Custom-designed furnishings which includes lighting, some of our bedding lines, custom art, personalized items and other made-to-order items require a 50% deposit at the time your order is placed and the balance upon shipping. Once a custom order is in process it is a final sale and no refunds will be made. Some items require payment in full when your order is placed. This information will be noted in the item description. Custom orders are items that we do not have in stock and are ordered specifically for you. Because custom bedding is made to order and artisans craft these items to your specifications, Lavender Fields cannot accept returns of custom items. Most custom bedding orders ship to us in 4-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Please allow additional time for delivery. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays. Lavender Fields has a special return policy for items purchased during the
holidays. For items purchased from November 1st through December 25th of
any given calendar year, the return/exchange date is extended out to
January 31st of the following calendar year. Please note that the
holiday return policy refers to in-stock items only and all the policies
above still apply. All furniture, custom items, bedding, personalized
items are excluded from the holiday return policy
as these items are final sale.
Custom, Personalized and Special Orders
Custom, Personalized and Special Order items are not returnable or
refundable. You have up to 2 business days from the date the order was
placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your
credit card. After 2 days custom orders are non-refundable.
Returning or exchanging "Free Shipping" items
Several of our products feature free shipping. If for any
reason you need to return an item with free shipping, store credit you
receive will be for the item price less the standard shipping cost.
Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our
shipping chart. If you select to exchange your free shipping purchase
for another item that also had free shipping, a standard shipping
charge will be added to cover our costs. The only exception to this
policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be
replaced with no additional shipping fees. If exchanging a free shipping
