In-stock items We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We provide free design assistance and gift selection. Fabric swatches, wood finishes and rug samples are available. If you are not sure about a color or fabric please order a swatch before placing your order. We are available to answer any questions you may have before placing your order. We would be happy to send you additional information and images if needed.
If you would like to exchange an item that is not a custom or or final sale please send it back to us with a note letting us know what you would like to exchange it for.
Sale items are final sale. Items must be returned in their original package with original store receipt and in unworn, unused condition. Clothing must be unworn and in original condition with tags. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Several of our items ship for free. If an item that was originally shipped to you free of charge is exchanged you will be charged a flat rate of 7.95 shipping for the exchange. Please see shipping chart for rates. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. We would be happy to provide a gift receipt if requested.

Custom Orders Custom-designed furnishings which includes lighting, bedding, accessories, art, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require a 50% deposit at the time your order is placed and the balance upon shipping. Once a custom order is in process it is a final sale and no refunds will be made. Some items require payment in full when your order is placed. This information will be noted in the item description. Custom orders are items that we do not have in stock and are ordered specifically for you. Because custom bedding is made to order and artisans craft these items to your specifications, Lavender Fields cannot accept returns of custom items. Most custom bedding orders ship to us in 4-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Please allow additional time for delivery. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays. Canceling a Custom order
You have up to 2 business days to contact us to cancel any custom order and have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 2 days custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders include all furniture lines, personalized or monogrammed items, artwork and custom bedding. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us to verify. |
