Join us as we makeover our 1920's Craftsmen Bungalow. We have great projects that we are working on and would like to share them with you. You will learn from our mistakes, see the before and after photos, view our work in progress and we will even share our budget with you. We are very hands on when it comes to our home, so much so that we are doing mostly everything on our own.

Background: We purchased our house in September 2004. After looking at many homes we found one we loved. Our house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office/library, living room, dining room and kitchen. The house was in move in condition but not restored properly. Other than some minor work and gardening we did not start renovating until the summer of 2006. We have great plans for our home and we hope you enjoy the information we share with you. Some of the projects took longer than we hoped they would but running the store is demanding and our time is limited. What we did realize that even if the projects seemed like they took too long it worked out better for us since we were able to make better decisions and add the details that we love.
