Lavender Fields makes every effort to ship rugs within 24-72 hours. Sometimes we are between shipments and out of stock. If a rug is not in stock please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. You will be contacted within 24 hours if a rug is out of stock. 

Rug Care 
Regular vacuuming and the occasional gentle shake in the great outdoors will keep your Dash & Albert rug in shipshape condition. Small cotton woven rugs and small braided chenille rugs may be hand washed gently in cold water. Please do not machine wash, bleach or tumble dry. For all other rugs, we recommend professional rug cleaning only.
